UNITED STATES - APRIL 22: State Supreme Court Judge Anne Feldman presides during opening arguments of the manslaughter trial of former Police Officer Joseph Gray at Brooklyn Supreme Court. Gray is accused of killing Maria Herrera, 23, who was eight months pregnant, her son, Andy, 4, and her sister, Dilcia Pena, 16, when he plowed his speeding minivan into them as they crossed a street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, on August 4, 2001. Herrera's unborn son was delivered and died shortly afterwards. A toxicologist is expected to testify that Gray's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when he ran over the family.
